Senior Vice President, IT Product Management

This position is primarily responsible for increasing Wholesale Lending Divisions (WLD) market share by increasing Business Partner usage of Company Wholesale Business Channel (CWBC). The chosen candidate will play a lead role in driving product vision/direction and supporting business and technology strategies.

Key functions include ensuring successful product releases based on WLD priorities, in addition to driving product functionality by gathering and evaluating internal and external (Business Partners) customer requirements, analyzing industry trends and conducting competitive assessments.

The successful candidate will work with WLDs technology team to define product release requirements and oversee product releases, with Marketing and Training to define go-to-market strategy (assisting in developing communications regarding key benefits and the value proposition of product releases), and with the sales force to train on new product features/capabilities and to support CWBC product sales efforts to WLDs Business Partners.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of IT product management experience (including 3+ years of software marketing experience) a plus.
- Knowledge of commercially available mortgage origination/point of sale software preferred.
- Firm understanding of mortgage banking technology capabilities, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), business case development, marketing, and communication planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively across many departments, with outside vendors and business partners, and at all levels of management.
- Strong analytical skills in business and financial systems/processes.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
