  • Interact with product development to gather and manage the requirements for end-user functionality.
  • Create test requirements using industry standards and best practices for software development life cycle.
  • Consult with product development staff to build an understanding of the varied and complex business functionality supported by the system
  • Write test requirements following the use case methodology
  • Define, manage and review the test requirements for multiple projects
  • Develop, provide and coordinate training on test methodology
  • Participate in industry and other professional networks to ensure awareness of industry standards, trends and best practices in order to strengthen organizational and technical knowledge
  • Develop effective relationships within and among departments and with other internal resources

  • Atlanta area residents with a stable work history
  • Experience with Windows and Web based application development
  • Experience with UML
  • Must possess organizational skills and strong communications skills both written and verbal
  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience with application development
  • Experience with Rational Rose a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science
