Description
Requirements Manager needed to provide development and project team members with an understanding of the system requirements, define the boundaries and constraints of the system, and provide a basis for planning, estimating size, effort, and costs of the system.
Define the user-interface of the system focusing on the needs and goals of the users.
Train users on the selected requirements management tools, processes and procedures.
Develop Requirements Policy and Procedure Manual.
Develop Requirements/CMM Training Program, CMM Work Product Deliverables, and CMM Work Product Templates. Develop Configuration Management and Change Control Process, Training Programs, and CMM Deliverables and Templates.
Develop Requirements/CMM Metrics and Configuration Management/CMM Metrics.
Experience: 8 to 10 years of Requirements Management and Development experience on large, medium, and small projects. Proven experience in leading organizations through CMM Level 2, CMM Level 3 or CMMi Level 2 certification process.
