Research Technician I

Job Description:
Test ingredients for beverage emulsion using viscometer and other instruments. Make and test beverage emulsion on a lab scale. Keep all test records and organize data and test schedule. Interact with people from other functions such as micro biologist and product developers. 0 - 2 years of experience.

Position is for an Engineering Assistant

Prepare food products according to package instructions, submit for chemical analyses, analyze data and compile in a database, prepare written report. Assist senior engineer in executing pilot plant experiments to produce cereal and snack products.

• BS in Food Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• No experience required.
• Internship at a food company preferred.
