Position Description:

The Global Public Services Capture Group is a unique, highly skilled group within the Global Public Services Business Unit of BearingPoint whose charter is to secure =E2=80=98must win=E2=80=99 opportunities. The Management and Corporate Capabilities (MCC)Team as part of the Capture Group, provides direct assistance with capture strategy, Management and Past Performance Volume development. The team is chartered with the following domains:

The Researcher/Analyst works within the MCC team of the Capture Group. They are responsible for supporting day-to-day activities as they relate to researching corporate qualifications, staffing and developing Past Performance Volumes of proposals.

Primary Responsibilities

Support development of Past Performance Volumes of large, complex Government proposals including:
o Past Performance research and evaluation
o Recommend past performance strategy to Capture Manager and Managing Director
o Work with Engagement Managers and Engagement Managing Directors on Qualifications development
o Support writing of corporate capabilities section of proposals
o Research, compile, and analyze BearingPoint and Partner Qualifications
o Work within the guidance of Capture and Proposal processes

Create Corporate Capabilities artifacts for reuse by the business unit

Conduct staffing research and analysis for resource requests

Support Staffing Lead in development of resumes and staffing sections of proposals

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience

Must have excellent writing skills =E2=80=93 3 writing samples must be provided for evaluation

Must have minimum of 2 years of research and analysis skills

At least 1-2 years of Government, capture management experience a plus
