Retail Strategy/Change Consultant
Seeking several experienced Organization Change Strategy Consultants with strong retail experience in the retail store or retail solutions industry. Must have at least 5 yrs consulting and retail experience.
Must have ability to develop and retain client relationships, work in a team environment and manage a team and or work stream.
Experience should include developing business case models, conducting analytical work, primary research, analysis, applied knowledge of consulting methodologies and critical thinking.
Must live near a major metro area such as New York, Chicago or Atlanta. This position requires 100% travel.
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience required. Masters degree in organization change strategy desired.
Must Haves:
* At least 5 years consulting experience
* At least 5 years retail experience
* Organization Change/Strategy experience in the retail industry
* Experience developing client relationships and project management skills
