Experience Needed:

Minimum 2 + years as current pharmaceutical DM. This position will be primarily responsible for corporate sales and marketing goals by developing an effective and coordinated team through strategic leadership. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for the coordination and activity of 10-12 pharmaceutical sales representatives. Develop strategies/tactics to optimize customer driven market opportunities. Cultivate strong relationships with physician leaders to develop new business opportunities.
The District Manager position requires a demonstrated track
record of success building effective teams and meeting/exceeding regional goals.

Responsibility :

The territories this manager would be responsible for are: East Richmond, South Richmond, North Richmond, Hampton VA, Virginia Beach VA, Fredericksburg VA.
