This position will be based in Dallas, TX. This position will require 10% travel. Position Details
The chosen candidate will be responsible for direction and supervision of a large professional or technical group. Department revenue usually is in excess of $1.5 million per year.
Coordinates project priorities, staffing schedules, and staff assignments to ensure clients are provided the best design capabilities to meet their needs.
Is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and maintenance of design engineering programs and efficient, productive utilization of staff in providing high-quality service.
Coordinates activities of engineering department or section.
Assigns priorities and staff to jobs.
Coordinates time and budget on jobs.
Serves as the Client contact.
Delivers quality work, on time, on budget and the client's satisfaction.
