Other-Previous Production Support-5 years, Positive Attitude, Wireless Industry Knowledge-5years. Overview-General Summary: The Roaming Manager will support clients on a daily basis. Working under general supervision, the incumbent is responsible for various tasks relating to integration and maintenance of GSM Roaming Partners. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Work with Client roaming department to create all roaming related documentation in accordance with GSM operator; Coordinate all contract requests to and from GSM operators, including correspondence, revision and review, distribution, internal noties, etc; Responsible for coordinating with all groups to prepare for roaming testing; Scedule and coordinate IREG testing. Responsible for outcollect and incollect TADIG testing process with all new operaters, including coordination between billing vendor and Data Clearinghouse. Perform/oversee all tasks for Commercial Launch with new operators, including notification to all internal groups and external vendors. Update and distribute clients gSM PRDs as needed to internal and external parties. Monitor GSM InforCentre Website for issues requiring updates to documentation, participation in BARG etc. Assist with special and orGSM related projects as needed;Technical Requirements-Bachelor's Degree in telecommunications or business related field preferred. Minimum of two years's experience in wireless roaming. Basic computer skillsand network operations such as MS Office Suite and Internet functions, technical knowledge of GSMswitch/network, billing, GSM standards. Ability to identify and resolve problems, self motivated, effective time manager and enthusiastic. Professional and effective verbal and written communication skills. Required Interpersonal Skills- Exceptional customer service skills and demeanor, along with the innovative ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical cllients. Excellent analytical, multitasking, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
