Description
This position is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Writer with strong RoboHelp skills. You will work with multiple Subject Matter Experts and customers to develop online help for internally developed Web applications and portals. We are looking for an enthusiastic person that can quickly establish customer rapport, while conforming to established writing and process standards.

3+ years of RoboHelp experience is required. Solid HTML skills including the use of CSS and Flash files are essential. Strong skills with Corel Draw, Adobe FrameMaker and Microsoft Office Suite are important. Camtasia Studio experience is strongly preferred, and other graphics capabilities are a plus. Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, and a good communicator with the ability to handle multiple projects. Learning new systems quickly, and a willingness to receive written and verbal feedback are important in this position.
