**This position can be potentially located anywhere in the U.S. Schaumburg, IL or Cary, NC are preferred. **

An intermediate-level professional, the Robohelp (RH) Content Developer is a fully qualified individual producer who applies a broad knowledge of technical writing expertise to the creation of RoboHelp content. Incumbents are competent to work on fairly complex assignments (and/or portions of larger, complex client implementations) and perform a full range of content development activities. The incumbent generally works under deadlines and is capable of handling heavy workloads, and operating with only general supervision. May provide occasional functional guidance to less experienced staff. Incumbents are responsible for the design and development of Robohelp content.

REPRESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the development and preparation of documentation of HR concepts, business processes, policies, procedures, client information, and software systems for end-user documentation published in RoboHelp Office (version X5 or later). End users of the documentation include customer service representatives, transaction processors, and managers.

May work with end-users to ensure usability; may work with instructional developers to integrate content into training programs, and integrate training materials into RH.

Occasionally, may provide guidance and assist in training of less experienced staff.

Maintains state-of-the-art knowledge and compiles information for future recommendations.df-tc
