Description

Are you a Senior Rails Developer or just a Rockstar Developer that would like to work on next generation technology and be a part of this amazing team? We are currently looking for a contract-to-hire senior applications developer to join as one of our first 15 employees. This position will be responsible for driving the overall technical architecture and web development schedule. The proper candidate will efficiently interface with management to turn product requirements into robust application code.df-tc

Experience/Skills

  • 1 to 3 years Ruby on Rails experience
  • 5 to 7 years web development experience (PHP, ASP, Java)
  • Experience managing high traffic site (Memcached, load balancing, distributed applications)
  • Deep database knowledge (MySQL preferred)
  • Extensive Linux/Unix experience
  • AJAX architecture experience
  • CSS layout experience (not design)
  • Knowledge of Web 2.0 landscape (What sites do you use?)
  • Data mining experience a major plus!
