Required Skills: HPUX, Windows and Linux OS Preferred Skills: SAN and/or OS Certifications Excel, Visio, MS Office SAN products; Brocade, McData, XP, Hitachi, Fibre Plant Required Experience: -Call Management/Service Desk/Trouble-tickets -Teamwork and customer service skills -1-2 years in an IT enterprise/production environment Desired Experience: XP Management Brocade/McData Management Fibre Plant Management RESPONSIBIILITIES:Call Management: -Provision request through ticket tracking system and service desk -Manage infrastructure incidents and resolutions (device servers, switches, XPs) -XP troubleshooting and resolutions -SAN configuration changes -Customer facing incidents (loss of disk) Provisioning:-Manage requests and prioritization -Analysis and design of provisioning details (which XP, which ports, etc.) -Configure SAN and switches (zoning) -Update SAN and port maps -Update XP LDEV maps Infrastructure: -Create VISIO diagrams for new infrastructure components -Create SAN port documentation -Create XP LDEV documentation
