Summary:
This position is responsible for the maintenance and support of SAP CRM with special emphasis on Service Management. Strong in basic customizing and basic settings. Mobile Service and Internet Self Service a plus.

Required:
Interaction Center configuration and customizing.Implementation experience in mySAP CRM 4.0 Mobile Service configuration a plus. Internet Self Service a plus Survey configuration. Working knowledge of the integration between CRM and R3 for financials and HR and procurement. Understanding of BW capabilities for CRM. Working knowledge of Business Partner Management and Organizational management. Ability to work together with a team and end users to understand requirements and implement a solution as agreed upon by the team.
