Description
SAP HR/Payroll Senior Technical Lead in Miam, Florida:

A Prime Solution services the Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Jupiter, St. Augustine and Jacksonville metro areas.

Candidates must be comfortable working with end-users to trouble shoot application issues or problems and recommend sound business solutions. Lead projects to address business requirements and enhancements through design and implementation of SAP solutions.

Will help produce requirements and design documents and be a subject matter expert. Perform functional testing to assure that business requirements are being met while following technical standards. Will interact with program management, functional and technical team leads, ABAP team members, Basis (system administration), and business process team members. Participate in support packages and system upgrades as needed

8+ Years of experience as an IT analyst for an ERP or highly interrogated software system. 5+ Years of SAP HR/Payroll experience with excellent cross-functional experience in other modules. Experience in design and development in the Payroll and Time Management module, with project experience in other HR areas, such as PA, OM, and Recruitment. Experienced in both SAP implementations and sustaining support using SAP best practices and ASAP Methodology. Excellent working knowledge of SAP IMG and configuration tasks in regards to Payroll and HR that include BSI Tub updates, US Taxes, payroll schema's and rules. Experience on 4.6C or higher required

Strong project management techniques are required, operating as part of a team organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from vision through implementation.
