Project
Scope:

The project overall
scope is to deploy SAP in North America . The
role of this position is to build capability and exploit the use of the
APO tools that have been deployed over the last
few years. Work directly with the business to assess the current use of APO,
make recommendations to build capability and fully leverage the APO toolset, develop a plan and execute the plan.

Technical/analytical
and/or business skills required for this position in order of
importance.

Deep understanding of
related modules and processes: APO Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network planning
(SNP) and Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) with expert
knowledge in SNP required. Experience as an actual planner using APO to perform their job is a
plus.

Excellent presentation
and communication skills - resource will be working directly with end users in
the CCNA Supply Chain organization to build capability and leverage the
APO toolset.

Strong leadership
skills. Ability to conduct a current state assessment, develop a work plan and
execute the plan.

Ability to lead and
influence the business users to leverage the capabilities already built into the
current APO
solution.

Ability to coordinate
effort among multiple planners and the CCNA SAP deployment
teams

Several implementations
(at least 2 full life cycles) and go-live experience with personal involvement
in design and actual SAP configuration of APO
(related R/3 modules are a plus).

Ability to work with
outside vendors in developing business solutions

Ability to understand
business requirements and translate them into configuration and development
requirements

Ability to work with
developers to clarify requirements, evaluate development approaches, and
communicate test results

Experience in designing
and configuring SAP APO modules for highly complex business scenarios for the
process industry.

Experience in defining
complete test scenarios to cover full scope of the business as well as creating
master data and carry out the unit, cycle and integration
tests.

Ability to work closely
with project team members to define master data
requirements

Ability to train field
personnel on solutions developed

Deep understanding of
related modules and processes: MM, PP/PI, SD etc. Capability to work with
functional experts in these areas through the design and implementation of
integrated processes.
