Description
Robert Half Technology is currently search for an SAP Functional analyst for a client of ours located in North Houston. This position participates in new application delivery teams through projects, including evaluation of buy vs. build alternatives and application implementation. It will also plays a role in preparation and maintenance of training materials for assigned modules and in the training of users, other IT team members, etc. Is responsible for the configuration and support of the SAP PM and MM functionality implemented at our client. This person will also serve as the primary contact on all system issues and future functionality needs related to assigned modules. You will be the complete liaison between IT and the business units throughout the company.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Qualified Candidates will have the following: - Bachelors Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.- Must have five plus years of functional Configuration SAP Plant Maintenance and/or Materials Management experience. - Must possess significant experience in Plant Maintenance, MRO-Storehouse, and/or Procurement processes.- Demonstrated skills and experience in all phases of systems implementation, including analysis/design, blueprinting, configuration, documentation, testing, training, and support. - Posses working knowledge of systems integration, data manipulation, data analysis, SAP data migration methods, and of Microsoft ACCESS. - Ability and willingness to investigate in detail, diagnose, and solve complex problems quickly. - Must be able to cooperate and volunteer time and resources as needed for the team to reach its goal. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential. - Demonstrated ability to communicate complex problems and issues in a concise manner (oral/written) to many different audiences. - Ability to clearly communicate with customers, peers and upper management
