The Associate Business Process Analyst designs, tests and implements configuration of SAP R/3 in the Supply Chain functional area. The incumbent works with team members and business partners in the development of new functionality, enhancements to existing functionality, and coaching with users associated with the SAP R/3 implementation and support. The incumbent recognizes and plans for key integration points in the software design, development, testing and implementation. The incumbent applies expert knowledge of troubleshooting tools. Incumbent supports configuration within the Supply Chain area, demonstrating a broad-based mastery of multiple business processes or extensive knowledge of a more complex area and some knowledge and experience with SAP R/3. Specifically, the IT-Associate Business Process Analyst will: ???????? Provide business analysis, SAP R/3 expertise within the Supply Chain area for the analysis, design, and development of business applications. ???????? Devise and recommends modifications of procedures to solve business problems. ???????? Document detailed specifications of configuration design, tests, and training programs. ???????? Maintain positive business relationships and integrate activities with other IT activities to ensure successful implementation and support. ???????? Combine knowledge of SAP R/3 with experience in business processes to meet business needs in defined areas. ???????? Test all new development and perform all configuration relating to an R/3 implementation ???????? Responsible for all SAP R/3 ABAP program changes and OSS notes relating to implementations (Global provides code, AMSSO responsible for testing and transporting to production) ???????? Provide R/3 support; manage resolution of high & emergency tickets to prevent business outage, in accordance with any service level agreement in place. Minimize impact of support on implementation timelines ???????? Maintain production system reliability through utilization of change management process, initially by global sir log and ultimately using SAP change manager ???????? Continue to drive integration and standardization of process across AMSSO. ???????? Responsible for the project management & timeline of AMSSO implementations, utilize the 5 Step AMSSO/GIT Project Management methodology ???????? Help in the preparation and delivery of train the trainer sessions to optimize user learning and application skills. Report to management on the status of project efforts. ???????? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience and technical training ???????? Three to five years of experience in Supply Chain business activities. ???????? Experience with SAP R/3 or/and APO desired. ???????? Strong oral and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms. ???????? Ability to negotiate to resolve conflict with others. ???????? Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills. ???????? Ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks.
