We are currently seeking to fill an SAP BI Systems Analyst position for our client in Northfield, IL. We invite you to review the position requirements below and apply today if your skills match our need.

Overview:
This position requires deep understanding of systems methodology and technology aspects to implement performance metrics solutions to address local, regional and global requirements. The Analyst will lead design, development and implementation using SAP BI technology and provide leadership in defining a standard technical approach for performance metrics in support of the strategies.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in IS.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP Business Intelligence desired.
- Strong experience implementing performance matrix solutions.
- Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity.
- Strong business acumen/business savvy.

Position provides a great opportunity to expand business acumen by working with various BUs/functional groups, BI and other service delivery teams. Candidate will be working on defining and implementing critical performance metrics technical solutions to ensure organizational success.
