COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR THIS SAP BW Analyst (International Team) (PERM) FOR THIS WORLDWIDE EXPANSION!! VERY EXCITING OPPTY!!

Position Description This position requires in-depth, hands on experience in the design and development of SAP's Business Warehouse Reporting and ETL Architecture. This position will be responsible for technical design, coding and implementation of BW reporting. Responsibilities will include sourcing data from R/3 and external files/tables, web application development as well as production support in the areas of security, transports, etc. Work with BI analysts on data design, extracts, and delivery for sales, marketing, and financial reporting. May work with local country business analysts and lead development teams in the creation of a standardized reporting and metrics program to create a shared vision of performance reporting across regions. Hands-on development of SAP BW data extracting, loading, and web reporting. Design, development, and delivery of SAP Business Warehouse data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process Train / develop team members on SAP BW development and architecture Lead small to medium reporting projects (budgeting, resource allocation, deliverable timelines) . Data architecture and provisioning design, development standards, and project staffing/budget decisions.

Minimum Education and Experience Minimum Education Required: B S degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. Minimum Experience Required: ?2+ years ABAP programming experience ?2+ years Oracle/SQL development ?Unix shell scripting ?Excellent written and oral communication skills ?Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously ?Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Preferred Education and Experience Preferred Level of Experience: ?Development experience with SAP's SEM and Web reporting architecture. Preferred Level of Experience: ?Knowledge of R/3 data model and experience with data loads from LIS as well as generic R/3 extractors ?Strong understanding of sales and financial reporting and data models. ?Deep technical knowledge of OLAP design with Cognos or EssBase reporting capabilities ?JAVA development with SAP's workbench
