Position: SAP/BW SAP/Portals Data Warehouse Analyst

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced SAP/BW SAP/Portals Data Warehouse Analyst in our Data Warehouse Development Group. We utilize state of the art technology including SAP/BW, IBMs DB2 database management system, AIX Unix, and RS000 hardware. The Data Warehousing group develops and maintains the SAP/BW reporting, performance metric systems, and other DB2-UDB-EEE based data warehousing systems.

This position will become part of the team that builds and maintains the SAP/Portal and performance metric system deployment. Experience in SAP/Portals is a requirement and exposure to SAP/BW-BEX Web Application Developer, SAP/BW-BEX excel add-in, and Crystal Reports is highly desirable. Experience with other data warehousing tools such as DB2-UDB-EEE, BrioQuery, and UNIX scripting would be a plus. Responsiblities will include determining user requirements, writing specifications, and implementing SAP/Portal SAP/BW solutions.

Skillset:
The ideal candidate should have the following skills:

. 5+ years total IS experience
2 3 years experience with SAP/BW SAP/Portals
Good working knowledge of Performance Metric systems and methodologies
. Strong System Analysis and Design skills
Fundamentals of multi-dimensional database design
. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
. Query and reporting tool experience in a multi-dimensional environment

Other desired skills (but not mandatory) would include:

Experience with Crystal Reports or other SAP/BW reporting writing tool
. Experience with SAP/BW-BEX Web Application developer
. Experience with HTML programming
Knowledge of IBM DB2 UDB Database Management System
. Knowledge of BrioQuery would be highly desirable
. Knowledge of UNIX Kornshell scripting
