OR 1099'S PLEASE.

CONTRACT DURATION: 6 months

JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Provide technical support in the SAP Basis Administration area for the SAP system landscapes. Technical support is defined as any modification to the SAP system landscapes.
  • Some overtime is possible if critical break/fix is impacting the business. Some shift work may be required.
  • Work will include periodic operational support tasks, break-fix problem solving, and other tasks as needed.
  • Complete operational support tasks on schedule.
  • Meet SLA metrics for break-fix case resolution.
  • Must do complete knowledge transfers at the end or during activities, to ensure proper closure of activity.
