This client, the world's leading apparel companie, is seeking a SAP Basis Administrator who has at least 7 years of IT work experience which includes 5 years of SAP BASIS experience.

This position is to be located in our Coeur d=E2=80=99Alene or Sandpoint, Idaho locations.

The BASIS Administrator is responsible for working both independently and as part of a team to plan and establish the SAP Core Merchandising landscape, enabling the solution set and related components. The secondary responsibility will be to support a current ERP implementation and coordinating integration points with non-SAP systems. The individual will have IT BASIS expertise and awareness of other related technical areas such as development, configuration, and security. Other roles will include the coordination with Infrastructure and Technical Architecture teams in building out and supporting the SAP landscape environment. The individual will report to the Manager of Server Engineering and will have dotted line duties to the Core Merchandising IT Director. The core SAP Business Solution includes: SAP Enterprise Portals, XI/PI, ECC 6.0, BI, SEM, APO/SCM, GTS, PLM and Solution Manager. Experience with ABAP and JAVA Stacks. The individual will work across all phases of the project (Project Prep, Business Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, Go-Live and then into ongoing Production Support). In this position, he or she will be required to report progress to goals, identify key risks and mitigation strategies, provide direct support for other process teams or work threads, and complete other duties as needed or assigned. Individual contribution is a requirement of this role.

Key Activities include but not limited to:
=C2=B7 Building and supporting the SAP environment
=C2=B7 Coordinate with the Core Merchandising team for Infrastructure services
=C2=B7 Document, configure and test SAP and Core Merchandising solution set as applicable to BASIS and Integration areas
=C2=B7 System metrics, KPIs and monitoring (CCMS, XI PMI/RWB)


Additionally, will assist with:

=C2=B7 Integration planning
=C2=B7 Technical mapping of requirements to solution set as applicable to BASIS
=C2=B7 Assist with technical aspect of Data cleansing/migration (connectivity)
=C2=B7 Go-Live cutover activities
=C2=B7 Post go-live stabilization and support activities



REQUIREMENTS:

=C2=B7 Bachelors degree required, and a minimum of seven (7) years of work experience and five (5) years of SAP BASIS experience.
=C2=B7 Broad understanding of SAP and BASIS/NetWeaver.
=C2=B7 Ability to develop, articulate and build support around a long term vision and implement incremental milestones in support of that vision.
=C2=B7 Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
=C2=B7 Demonstrated leadership in achieving shared objectives within a matrixed organization, participating in cross-divisional projects and building effective cross-functional teams and relationships.
=C2=B7 Prominently developed skills in the planning and construction of global centralized SAP environments, with proven experience in collaborating with business partners.
=C2=B7 Aptitude for learning.
=C2=B7 Established record in managing multiple and competing priorities.
