Description
This position will manage the support, upgrades and implementation of SAP software. The individual will monitor, trouble-shoot and tune SAP Systems and act as a focal point for all service issues and related projects. -Administer SAP R3 infrastructure on an ongoing basis. Identify and coordinate Support Packs and Patches as needed. Will provide SAP R3 administration and troubleshooting on an ongoing basis. -Provide consultation on current and future server specifications to ensure adherence to clients infrastructure standards. -Monitor all supported SAP systems for performance and capacity issues. -Keep accurate and detailed documentation for items such as Daily Tasks, Change Managements, SOPs. -Provide support as required.
