SAP Basis Administrators

AS a SAP System Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining technology infrastructures and applications supporting an enterprise SAP environment.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs SAP Basis and User administration
Performs Transport, Output and Batch Job management
Responsible for the assignment of user roles, authorization data, and authorization profiles
Performs and/or manages data archiving administration
Workflow and Document Management administration
Assists in the planning of system, networking and hardware with consideration to security and performance
Performance tuning and optimization
May perform database administration tasks
Assists with problem resolution
Creates and maintains technical operations and maintenance documentation
Vendor managment
Participates in and contributes to the improvement of departmental processes
Promotes communication within the organization
Other duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
2 years of SAP Basis or security experience or 3+ years as System Administrator in other environments
Workflow experience desirable
SAP Performance Tuning experience desirbable.
Some development experience a plus.
Strong organizational and communications skills
Works well in a team environment
