This position is located in Lakeland, FL.

Position Overview

* perform the role of Senior Basis Architect for the
SAP infrastructure;
* provide technical leadership and direction to the team;
* performing the duties of SAP Basis Administrator;
* performing tasks to ensure optimal SAP system
performance;
* managing SAP instance and client strategy;
* managing SAP promote to production strategy;
* managing SAP system use schedule;
* planning and implementing SAP upgrade and support
packages;
* performing ongoing SAP system configuration;
* performing SAP system monitoring and support;
* setting up and administering SAP print services and
queues; and
* coordinating SAP system performance and capacity
planning.



Required Skills/Experience

* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or an
analytical discipline or equivalent experience
* minimum of five years experience as a senior level
Basis Administrator
* experience with multiple full life cycle SAP
implementations;
* minimum of three years experience in a leadership
role;
* minimum of three years experience with the IBM AIX
Operating System,
* minimum of three years experience with the IBM DB2
Universal Database,
* must have an excellent attendance and punctuality
record,
* excellent communication and team skills,
* must be flexible and able to handle stressful
situations in a professional manner,
* demonstrated ability to work under minimal
supervision,
* high degree of self-motivation, commitment, and
integrity,
* good human relation skills (the ability to work
well with others and to be a team member),
* must show enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work,
and
* a commitment to the company and its Mission.



Desired Skills/Experience

* minimum of eight years experience as an SAP Basis
Administrator,
* minimum of five years experience with the IBM AIX
Operating System,
* minimum of five years experience with the IBM DB2
Universal Database,
* working knowledge of SAP ERP2004, and
* experience with NetWeaver 04 JAVA Stack.
