SAP Basis IT Manager

Duties:

• Manage a global team including responsibility over capacity, performance, resource, vendor, demand and program management
• Budget management
• Service management
• Consulting and negotiating with vendors
• SAP (R/3 4.6C & SAP ECC6.0) management ERP, HR, SRM, PLM, EP and SOLMan

Requirements:

• 10 years experience in IT management and delivery
• 5+ years experience in team and budget management global experience a must
• Demonstrated knowledge of SAP Basis systems
• Oracle & SQL database, Netweaver, Java, Teradata
• MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Lotus Notes
• Demonstrated experience partnering with IT application and business colleagues delivering effective business solutions
• Proven skills in conflict management, presentations, coaching and development, human resource planning and objective setting
