SAP Basis Lead / Technical Team Lead
Description: BearingPoint

Responsibilities:

*Act as the Technical Team Lead, managing the Basis team and Development team in a complex, global implementation
*Act as the Basis Team Lead, managing the technical administration, planning and design of the SAP systems with a local team as well as potentially outsourced and/or offsite resources
*Work with project management to develop and follow work plans in Microsoft Project and other project management tools
*Work with functional teams and project management to design and architect appropriate technical solutions likely utilizing the following SAP systems: R/3 Enterprise 4.7, BW 3.5, SEM 3.5, CRM 4.0, Enterprise Portals 6.0, Exchange Infrastructure (XI) 3.0, and Solution Manager
*Identification of technical teams and team members, and recommend (possibly deliver) required training

Requirements:
*System Administration:
-Operating System Management
-DBMS Administration
-Manage system and database backups
*Basis support for R/3, BW, SEM, CRM, and Portals
*RFCs/SAP Exchange Connector/SAP XI
*R/3 performance tuning
*Familiarity with latest SAP technologies (i.e. Portals, NetWeaver, Solution Manager, etc.)
*Strong analytical skills
*Self-Motivated
*Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
*BA/BS and travel requireddf-tc
