General Job Description SAP Manufacturing Business Analyst  Reporting to: Director, Packaging & Material Management.  This position is for an individual with excellent organizational skills who should be able to identify and resolve SAP and business process related issues.  Ability to train other people.  Preferred 1-2 years of end user support experience.  This position require a high energy, self motivated personality, someone who gets the job done.  Individual should have a wide range of experience in various sizes and types of projects.  Provides support for minor and midsize SAP business improvement projects, adhering to timelines and deliverables.  Manufacturing background is preferred. Technical Skills  Need to be sound with Microsoft Office products, preferably knowledge of Microsoft Project, MS-Visio.  Good working knowledge of SAP Business Processes.  Preferably good knowledge of SAP PP-PI, MM and WM.  Team player.  Good communication skills.  Due to regulatory nature of the industry, must be able to follow procedures. Roles and Responsibilities Monitoring  Monitor Inventory and perform clean-up transactions.  Monitor Process Orders.  Monitor Transfer Orders.  Monitoring IDOCS that are generated between Datapass and SAP.  KPIs reporting. Training and Communication  Responsible for on-going training of Manufacturing Directors, Cost Center Managers, and Manufacturing Supervisors and Operators in SAP and Barcoding includes data set-up.  Responsible for development and updating training material for SAP and Barcoding.  Responsible for the communication within the manufacturing area for any SAP or barcode related process or system updates.  Conduct training according to availability to personnel (i.e. swing and grave shifts). Enhancements and Support  In weekly meetings with SAP Business Support Manager update on helpdesk tickets and request for SAP enhancement, driving priorities for SAP and Barcode enhancements.  First point of contact for troubleshooting if SAP Super User needs support.  Provide user workshops weekly or bi-weekly to review SAP problem and resolve as needed would find out in other meetings (2 hours weekly). SAP Super Users (should be bi-weekly)  Key coordinator for the manufacturing department SAP Super User community  Responsible for meetings with SAP Super Users to keep them informed and understand priorities for SAP and Barcode enhancements.
