SAP Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
. This position is responsible for providing global support for SAP and other bolt-on time & labor systems.
. Function as a liaison between the Global Technology Services (GTS) group and business units, as well as coordinate, manage and implement business improvement projects that require GTS services.
. Create and/or facilitate changes in process design by integrating new systems and/or processes with existing ones.
. Provide relevant documentation in a timely manner regarding the entire system life cycle. This would include design, specs, test, train, migration, and support.
. Additional areas of responsibility consist of, providing concise technical specifications, describing system developments, and resolve application problems for users.
. This position also requires you to prepare and provide training to key end users.

QUALIFICATIONS:
. Ideal candidate requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Business or Systems related field.
. This position requires prior experience as a Business Analyst and at least 3 years of configuration experience with bolt-on time & labor data collection systems (Kronos).
. A specialized knowledge of SAP Time modules is also required.
. Additional requirements consist of having strong analytical and problem-solving skills; this would include the ability to drill down the source of a problem.
. Demonstrate an understanding of the global business process development, along with a broad knowledge of business processes is necessary to the position.
. The ideal candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization and possess excellent decision-making and facilitation skills.
. Ability to multitask and take a leadership role, as well as be a team player is key.
. The incumbent must have the ability to make an effective presentation.
. The candidate should have working knowledge and demonstrate application of computer system life cycle management concepts and practices.

DESIRED:
. Experience as a trainer.
. Technical experience with Program Development, Database Design or efficient Data access is a plus.
. Fluency in English, Mandarin (Chinese), Spanish, and Portuguese is a plus.
