Required Skills:

* 12-24 Months SAP BW (Business Warehouse)skills
* 12-24 Month SAP BPS(Business Planning & Simulation {At least 1 full life cycle implementation})
* Team Lead Experience
* ABAP basic programing skills (tuning / exits)
* Bachlor's degree in IT or business field

Disired Skills:

* Core R3 modules (SD, FICO, MM and PP), SEM-BPS, SEM-CPM and ABAP experience a plus.
* Management experience, preferably in data modeling and report development.
* Financial Acumen or willingness to acquire
* Will design new process models, configure, test, document, and support BPS applications. Good communication skills are required to work with business users to design best practice processes.

Job Description:

The individual will be responsible for leading the Business Warehouse (BW) development and support team through data modeling, development, implementation, and technical support of SAP BW and BW-related projects. The company is engaged in a global SAP implementation across all operating divisions. This position will be a key member of the implementation team as well as post implementation support and maintenance.

Areas of responsibility:
Manage the day-to-day activities of development team members, both company and consulting, through the entire implementation.
Work closely with the business process teams to build functional specifications and to ensure an integrated system solution.
Develop the data model and mentor the development team.
Create/modify InfoCubes, ODS, Queries, Extractors, Multi-Providers, and Remote Cubes
Ensuring integration of data from both SAP and non-SAP sources
Performance tuning: Aggregates, Compression, Indexes and Database Statistics
Understanding and documenting business definitions and technical specifications.
Ability to develop/modify ABAP programs.
