Description
Job Title - SAP CCS Analyst

Required Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing IS-U/ CCS Customer Service and the Customer Interaction Center (CIC).
At least 2 full lifecycle implementation.
Detailed configuration experience with Customer Service including Business Master Data, CIC and associated Front Office Processes, Contacts, Regional Structure and the Move-In/Out and Disconnect / Reconnect processes.
Experience with all phases of an implementation including business process blueprint, detailed design, configuration, testing, and support.
Solid understanding of other areas of CCS including Billing, FI-CA and Device Management.
Strong working experience with SAP Best Practices and Process Transformation

Location: New Orleans, LA

Duration: 6 months

Start: ASAP
