Requirements:
Specific Configuration

Special Purpose Ledger (SPL) - Basic setup, maintaining ledgers, maintaining field movements, validations, substitutions, information flow from SAP modules into SPL.

Controlling (CO) - multiple valuations/transfer pricing, group valuation, profit center valuation, legal valuation, material ledger settings

Experience with user exits with these 2 modules, understanding of exits, documenting requirements and ability to work with developer on coding.


Business Analyst:

Creating functional specification documents, test plans, unit testing for custom programs and/or interfaces

Creating integrated test scripts for a business process

Assisting end users with testing



Must have configuration in CO-PA with a detailed understanding of how data flows in and out of this module as well as master data derivation. Also needs working knowledge of user exits for this module and the related coding. Doesn't need to create ABAP for this but if experience in doing so, would be great. Needs to understand how and when this can be used. Must have configuration experience in FI-SPL. This includes ledger setup and flow of information from R3 modules into the ledgers, especially from sales and distriubtion and materials management modules. Also needs working knowledge of user exits for this module and the related coding. Doesn't need to create ABAP for this but if exPosition Responsibilities


Job Tasks:
· Define / gather local affiliate requirements
· Identify functionality gaps
· Design, test and implement reports, interfaces, & conversions.
· Prepare test data
· Assure that each affiliate request receives a definitive answer.
· If we decide to develop new functionality or reports to meet affiliate needs, assure the documentation of the development specifications.
· develop and implement tests and test scripts Integration Testing.
· Coordinate the resolution of issues and defects discovered during testing.
· Analyze the ability of the global design and related reporting tools to satisfy the affiliate's unique needs.
· Recommend a course of action for each affiliate-requested item, including the possibility of saying "no".
· Serve as a resource during the development process, communicating business requirements to the configurers and developers.
· Work with affiliate "power users" to train them in the new processes.



Educational Requirements: BS or equivalent degree
