We have an immediate need for a SAP BASIS ADMIN- AUDIT

JOB DESCRIPTION
SAP Basis Administration using SAP Basis ID & support of SAP's DB. Skill needed for the following:

SAP Builds/Installation/configuration

SAP Support

SAP Troubleshooting and resolution

SAP Transactions used by Basis Administration

SAP R3 Landscape with SAP DB2 DBs

SAP Tech refreshes

SAP Refresh, DB client copies

SAP Backup/Restore

SAP Recovery

SAP monitoring,

SAP Health Checking

SAP Failover HACMP,

SAP DR

SAP Maintenance

SAP re-orgs,

SAP Capacity/Space

SAP Performance,

SAP's DB2 tables/index monitoring/tracking

SAP's DB2 installation/configuration,

SAP & it's DB parameters

SAP Tier 3 operations and maintenance

Additional skills needed:

SAP ECC, SAP Trex, SAP GRC, SAP PI, SAP BI, SAP Portals, SAP Netweaver, SAP Java/J2EE, SAP Solution Manager amongs SAP Suite of products.



On call req: Occasionally

Travel Req: Occasionally

Weekends: Occasionally

Shift/hours: 1st Shift weekdays



Description:

Analyze/design/develop SAP Technical documentation for SAP process/procedures throughout the SAP landscape to be re-usable by SAP technical team.



Manage activities for SAP Team within QMX DB tool for SAP processes/procedures:

-creation of quality SAP documentation

-updates of existing SAP documentation, reviews and approvals

-request group setup for QMX DB tool

-conduct required DB access verifications

-create templates, document profiles

-assist with migration efforts from other databases (eg teamrooms)

-work with QMX developer for errors/changes

-set up of new QMX databases, as required

-familiar with QMS and document control activities



SAP Basis Audit Focal for SAP Basis Team: Business knowledge and implementation of SAP System Audit process/procedures for softwares supported:

-ability to identify SAP System audit changes, updates templates and coordinate implementations within required timeframes

-drive quarterly SAP Audit healthchecks to completion

-work with other support groups to achieve latest audit updates and drive those updates across Customer accounts

-coordinate obtaining correct SAP audit responses and data for all SAP Basis audits and ongoing audit requests (immediate responses required)
