We have an immediate need for a SAP CRM Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION
Has full functional knowledge and experience with SAP CRM 7.0 (preferred ) or CRM 2007 Sales, Marketing and the Web UI
Has expertise in overall configuration of SAP CRM 7.0 (preferred) or CRM 2007
Ensures all business processes are configured as efficiently as possible in the CRM 7.0 environment and all functionality offered in 7.0 is utilized if necessary to make the project as successful as possible.
Experience in and responsibility for designing and applying Sales roles in the CRM 7.0 (preferred) or 2007 WebUI. Drive the identification of roles in the new CRM 7.0 UI and assist project team and security resources in building those roles in the most efficient and effective manner
Works day to day with project team members and end users to successfully convey CRM 7.0 functionality as needed to make design decisions.
Review and unit test all development/deliverables with current project team.
Along with project team, ensures change management goals are met for training, documentation and user communication
Prepare design and security reviews and document all development and testing
Mentor the current project team on all development, configuration and customization to ensure successful go-forward support.

Other skills that will be considered plusses when evaluating proposals:
Functional expertise with CPG retail and food service sales
CRM Middleware expertise
CRM security expertise

Mandatory Experience:
Candidates for this request must be an expert in one of the below areas (both are preferred) and have proven experience implementing projects utilizing the below functionality/technologies:

SAP CRM version 7.0 (preferred) or 2007 Sales including, but not limited to the sub-modules: Sales Planning, Account and Contact Management, Activity Management, Opportunity Management, Sales Analytics, Sales Performance Management, Sales Force Automation, and Mobile Sales.

SAP CRM Upgrade from a version 5.0 (preferred) or lower to a version 7.0 (preferred) or 2007 where the PCUI in the 5.0 or lower version was customized and Marketing and Campaign Management was Implemented in the upgrade from version and migrated accordingly.
