SAP CRM Consultant-Multiple Positions Start Date: August 8thLocation : Folsom., CAProject Duration : 6+ months.Rate/Hr - Open Project Experience: Mid level - around 3 to 5 years of experience Project Description:Work with business & technical teams to explore, analyze, and develop outbound channel customer call center & account management functionality within CRM & integrate with CRM Sales & mySAP NetWeaver components such as BW, MDM, Portals, X-Apps, and XI to optimize account coverage with clear territory definition and complete visibility into team distribution, analytics Partner with existing custom tool solution analyst to implement similar functionality using CRM - Interaction Center (WebClient). Scope will include configuration of CRM Interaction & Center CRM Sales functionality as well as supporting data (BP, Territory Mgmt, Organization Mgmt). Additionally, recommendations on how to structure call groups and setup of Interaction centeranalytics to fit with existing reporting solutions and overall Channel Break Away program.Responsibilities:Analyze, clarify, and translate business requirements into documented technical designs & development specifications using Solution Manager. The analyst will need to design, configure, and test CRM Interaction Center (WebClient) capabilities that meet business requirements. The analyst will be expected to utilize CRM Interaction Center to build a solution which allows the clientl to manage multi-channel interaction center operations and administration through a role-based portal interface including support agent activities with scripts, alerts and messages, and knowledge management features & workforce management tools that enable forecasting and advanced scheduling. The Interaction center analytics will also be a key capability to measure, predict, plan, and optimize the interaction center, analyze customer interactions, business processes, and market opportunities -- and then apply the knowledge gained toward improving all your customer-focused operations. Predictive functions help you uncover hidden patterns, helping you to anticipate risks and exploit opportunities in marketing, sales, and service. Also, analyst will be required to assist with integration of interaction center capabilities & data with the broader CRM Campaign Management & Segmentation components, MDM, and NetWeaver capabilities (XI, Portals, BW) as well as external data sources to ensure a tightly coupled bridge between the SAP & external custom systems & data. The analyst should have extensive experience in developing test scenarios and test plans for complex custom solutions interfacing to SAP & external legacy systems. Experience mentoring client's SAP analysts & developers is also strongly preferred. Candidates may develop training materials, troubleshooting guides, and train SAP support personnel & users on the implemented solution. Some production support may be required.
