POSITION: SAP CRM Consultant

REQUIREMENTS: Functional Experience in CRM configuration, maintenance, debugging, and troubleshooting. Our client needs a well rounded person that can help them support CRM when the implementor leaves and also educate the client to help their employees become proficient in CRM. You will work with the following modules:
*Sales - they don't sell anything but will be using Interaction Center (strong skills needed, major requirement).
*Service - This is what they offer their customers - skills in Mobile Service (for a future implemenatation).
