We have an immediate need for a SAP CRM Functional Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION
Has full functional knowledge and experience with both SAP CRM 5.0 and CRM 7.0 Marketing Planner/Campaign Management(including Scenario Planner and Marketing Calendar) and multiple experiences upgrading from CRM 5.0 to CRM 2007/7.0
Has expertise in overall configuration of SAP CRM 7.0 and in the necessary configuration modifications needed to upgrade to SAP CRM 5.0 to SAP CRM 2007/7.0
Ensures all business processes are configured as efficiently as possible in the CRM 7.0 environment and all functionality offered in CRM 7.0 is utilized if necessary to make the project as successful as possible.
Works day to day with project team members and end users to successfully convey CRM 7.0 functionality as needed to make design decisions.
Responsible for ensuring all Change Management goals are met for Training, Documentation and User Communication
Mentor the current project team on all development, configuration and customization to ensure successful go-forward support.
Prepare design and security reviews and document all development and testing
