Position Overview:

They are looking for SAP CRM Consultants to ensure the highest quality of functional implementation for their SAP projects.

Job Description:

  • Participation in SAP implementation projects as a SAP functional consultant
  • Co-ordinate the functional implementation with the other Senior Consultants/Consultants and Managers
  • Analyze business processes, mapping them with the SAP functionality, SAP design, configuring and implementation
  • Manage the client and project team members through the module implementation
  • Responsible for systems analysis, interfacing and integration with other modules
  • Use their knowledge to work with their colleagues to deliver a solution in a professional and timely fashion.
  • Assist in the development of proposals.
  • Liase with customer users on a regular basis.
  • Work with Technical Developers.

Experience:

  • 1 -2 years of functional experience in one or more areas of SAP CRM (Sales / Marketing / IC / Service / Internet sales / Mobile / EP / BW etc).
  • Should have worked on 1 complete implementation project.
  • Interest in expanding skill-set into other areas of SAP CRM e.g. Mobile Sales. IC, Internet sales etc.
  • 'SAP CRM Certification' & 'Experience in ABAP development' is a plus.
  • A Bachelors and/or a Masters degree.

Expertise in any of the following skill sets / technologies is required:

1. Sales - Sales planning, Sales order management (Opportunity, Quotation, Lead, etc.), account and contact management, IPC, Commission management etc.

2. Marketing - Marketing planning, segmentation, campaign management, TPM, Lead management, personalization etc.

3. Interaction center - Customer Interaction Center (both Wincient and Webclient), Telemarketing, Telesales, Customer Service, IC Analytics, Supporting processes etc.

4. Service - Service planning, Customer service & support, Resource planning, Service operations and management, professional services etc.

5. Mobile - CRM Mobile Sales version 4.0 (both handheld and mobile)

6. BW - BW based analytics for SAP CRM; SAP Business Warehouse reporting; Developing logical data models; Data dictionary design, maintenance and overall data integrity; Database monitoring & tuning etc.

7. EP - SAP CRM People Centric Solutions experience with SAP EP 6.0; SAP EP implementations with "hands on" role; Web development skills using Java, XML, J2EE or .NET

8. Basis Consultants - SAP CRM Basis experience

9. CRM Middleware - CRM specific middleware solutions Connectivity of CRM to R/3, BW, SEM, Groupware

10. SAP XI - Custom interface development, Interface mapping, Custom adaptor development, Data mapping, Integrating legacy systems with packaged applications etc.
