Description
Systems Specialist will be part of a team responsible for design, implementation and support for our, CRM Internet Sales Application (ISA), CRM Service Management (SM) and SAP R/3 Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions. The successful candidate will possess a strong techno-functional combination of analytical, functional and technical skills and will design best practice SAP solutions in close collaboration with our business customers. The position will include working in a project lead role on small to medium-sized projects and well as providing hands on support.



Experience/Skills

- Minimum of 3 years experience in CRM Internet Sales Application (ISA), CRM Service Management (SM) with experience in a configuration or development role with at least 2 implementations. Some SD Experience also required
- In depth functional and technical experience with these modules, and experience with analysis and design of business applications related to quote to cash cycle
- Experience with enhancing standard SAP CRM and SD functionality with customized solutions, some ABAP skills are required and Object Oriented ABAP skills desirable
- Excellence in interacting with business and IT teams in the NAFTA countries
- Familiarity with related SAP modules such as WM, MM, PP a strong plus
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English; Spanish or German a plus
- Knowledge of and experience with SAP BW a plus.

BS/BA required, MS desired and 5-8 yrs relevant experience
