Description
This position will be responsible for but not limited to developing solutions to meet business requirements and providing functional, technical support for existing SAP/CRM Applications. This position will also assist in implementing projects and enhancements of CRM 2007 and plan for future upgrades and roll-outs of SAP CRM functionality.
In this position you will be responsible for analysis, design, development, implementation and maintenance of various CRM initiatives to support the business requirements. You would work within project team in a lead role with all team members to achieve project requirements.
Uses analysis, design, and configuration skills to coordinate all levels of requirements gathering, process modeling, and complete implementation of tasks to ensure specified project needs are being met.
Maintains vast SAP/CRM process knowledge to rapidly analyze and complete business critical tasks.
Applies strong knowledge of the business processes for developing and testing CRM functions associated with Sales & Marketing which includes expertise in the following area: OTC, Marketing.
Exhibits the ability to also understand ABAP and interface related issues which affect the business processes.
Through a wide range of company business knowledge is able to serve as a key resource to coordinate and resolve CRM issues, by thoroughly understanding the integration associated with CRM and R/3 functionality.
Works in a lead role within process team, ensuring team members work with all staff members to meet project requirements.
Demonstrates ability to easily prioritize assignments and work tasks in compliance with project milestones. May also work independently as required by project tasks.
Utilizes excellent verbal and written communications to work various tasks with clients, team members, development groups and management.
May serve a key role in the SAP end user training area.
Qualifications
Must have four or more years of SAP R/3 and CRM experience within a business IT environment preferably in OTC area
Must have worked through at least one full life cycle CRM Implementation preferably in Customer Interaction Center and a total of at least two years with SAP CRM
Must have CRM 2007 hands on implementation/ upgrade experience
Strong knowledge in IC Web Client Architecture is a must
Excellent oral and written communication Skills
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently. Uses good judgment to make effective decisions within appropriate time frames
Operates with High Standards, effectively initiates and adapts to changes
Hands on experience with specific CRM 2007 configuration activities, such as Alerts Framework, Business Role Configuration etc.
CRM Web Channel experience is a definite plus
Excellent hands on working experience in the development workbench and specific focus area such as BADI, user exit EEWB and LSMW
Area knowledge includes R/3 basic technologies such as ALE/IDOC, RFC, or BAPI but also extended integration tools and solutions with business connector and XI knowledge is preferable
Familiarity in Object Oriented ABAP
Creating/Modifying Business Server Pages, Custom Classes/Methods, Views/View sets
Good development knowledge about action, workflow and Smart Forms
Basic understanding of all the configuration of the CRM system like agent inbox, transaction launcher, transaction type etc
