Primary Responsibilities:
The SAP CS Lead will lead a team of SAP specialists in the analysis of current business process models, the development new processes models and design utilizing industry and SAP best practices.
  • Understand and prioritize business goals and information needs; translate these needs into system requirements and design specifications; refine conceptual systems design requirements into the technical design.
  • Participate in design, development, and delivery of end user training
  • Serve as SAP CS resource for future SAP CS implementations, including "as is" process mapping, "to be" process design, configuration, testing, training, data conversion, and implementation and go live support.
  • Work closely with management to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs; translate these needs into system requirements and design specifications; refine conceptual systems design requirements into the technical design.
  • 25%-50% Travel
Requirements:
  • Experience organizing, planning, and executing projects from vision through implementation, analyze projects needs and determined resources needed to meet objectives.
  • 5 - 7 years in experience SAP CS or CRM modules
  • Working knowledge of materials management, service management, production planning with variant configuration and supply chain for MM/PP
  • BS or BA in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Logistics or related field
