Description
State Agency is seeking a short term (24 hours) contractor to provide quality assurance checkpoint services to confirm and verify that all relevant and necessary components/deliverables have been or will be completed satisfactorily within the scheduled timeframe for the project blueprint phase related to the FI/CO component areas of a statewide SAP HR/Payroll software implementation. The selected individual will be responsible for carrying out the review of all SAP functional financial modules including:
Financial (FI)
Controlling (CO)
Funds Management (FM)

The selected individual will be required to provide a detailed report of the following items:
Verify process flows and blueprint documents include mapping of all core business processes in scope
Review functional feasibility and gap analysis based on blueprint design
Review critical integration points (State legacy applications & other SAP components in scope)
Review and determine feasibility of the initial forms, reports, interface, conversion and enhancement object list
Identify and report on any scope or planned configuration items that would negatively impact future implementation of additional SAP functionality



Minimum 5-7 years SAP FI/CO implementation experience (including minimum 3 full lifecycle implementations) including the following SAP modules:
Financials (FI)
Controlling (CO)
Funds Management (FM)
Public Sector experience required (Statewide implementation experience preferred)
SAP HR/Payroll implementation experience preferred
ERP 2004 release experience minimum, ERP 2005 release preferred
SAP R/3 FI/CO module certification preferred
