Position Overview:

Our client is a Billion dollar plus global corporation with over 36,000 employees. Working with large global corporations and new generation technology companies, they pioneer not only building new products and services but also help implement prudent business and technology strategies in today's dynamic digital environment.

They are looking for Consultants to ensure the highest quality of SAP implementation for their upcoming projects.

Mandatory Requirements:

Proven expertise in SAP with any of the following technologies / skill sets is necessary:

Basis, FICO, MM, BW, Basis with experience in at least 1 full cycle implementation of SAP (with full time involvement in designing and configuring at least one module)

? Knowledge and experience in one of the functional areas (Finance, HRMS, Purchase manager, Credit manager etc)
? Ability to articulate process flows for all processes in the above area (for eg, HRMS would cover recruitment, compensation management, employee development, attrition management, etc)
? Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex business situations clearly and detail out solution alternatives
? Possess expert knowledge of at least two modules of SAP with working knowledge on other modules in the same domain Lead small implementation team or module teams in one business area.

Good to haves:

? Ability to interact confidently and present/conduct workshops with Project Managers, leads and business representatives from the Client team
? Participate in pre-sales activity (estimation for specific module and/or writing a section of the proposal) Ability to set objectives clearly, clarify the role of each member, assign tasks and monitor them
? Listen and respond in a way that encourages people to open up and reveal their views/ insights

Requirements:

? A professional qualification (E.g. , Certified Public Accountant) or a BA/BS degree in:
? Finance and Accounting or
? Human Resources or
? Marketing
? Should have received formal training in SAP
? Good Communication skills.
? Strong understanding of different modules of SAP methodologydf-tc
