Description
We are looking for a Consulting Systems Programmer/Engineer to provide support for our clients newly acquired SAP environment on a long-term assignment. This position will have responsibilities that will include understanding development within the SAP environment, integration between SAP and our existing IBM infrastructure, and an understanding of how SAP is engineered into the environment. The position will involve providing consulting support on all aspect of the SAP installation on Intel and creating and publishing developer guidelines and standards.

Must be able to develop code, engineer in SAP software, analyze and debug SAP performance issues, provide developer consulting and engineering consulting. Position will require 4+ years of SAP development using Netweaver application builder, running on an Intel platform, 2+ years of SQL Server, 1+ years of ABAP, 4+ years of OOAD experience and 4+ years of Java. A background with ERP Architectural Design and SOA needed. Web Services experience, VB/C#/.Net development experience and DB2 knowledge a plus. Experience with Visual Studio, RSA and SQL also needed. Having lead a project to install or upgrade SAP infrastructure a plus as would having been in a Application Development consulting role. Good oral and written communication skills a must.
