Description
We are currently looking to fill the role of SAP & Datapass Security Admin at our client's Berkeley site. This position will assess, design, develop, deliver/implement and evaluate site-wide SAP & Datapass security environment for their Berkeley and/or Emeryville sites to promote conformance to standards, regulatory requirements, policies and procedures.df-tc

Experience/Skills
This position requires a B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related field, 7+ years of work experience in a regulated industry, or an MS degree plus 4+ years experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have 2+ years direct activity in the management of SAP & Datapass Security Systems are preferred. Must be able to effectively provide instruction to and obtain information from personnel over which he/she has not direct authority. The incumbent must have demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional personnel at all levels, in written and verbal form. Must have the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with employees from diverse backgrounds. Must be able to identify, analyze, prioritize and evaluate training needs of site, department, teams, and individuals. Must have an understanding of SAP & Datapass Systems and have the ability to stay current with industry changes.
