CDI has an exciting opportunity waiting for you! We are looking for exceptional people! We have an immediate need for a Senior SAP Development Manager!

Overview of Position: The consultant will perform a SAP Development Manager role and focus on the needs of numerous projects in the ABAP and BW area. Within this role, the consultant will take direction from IT Management including the CIO in order to provide value to the organization in fulfilling the detailed functions of this position.

Essential Functions: This resource will need to have a deep background in SAP ABAP as well as a good understanding of the BW environments. Within this role the resource will be asked to work with a team of 10+ ABAP developers, 4+ BW resources and integrate with the configuration team, testing team, and user representatives across the organization. We are looking to do a better job at capturing requirements, aligning those requirements with testing documents and building a greater amount of discipline within the project lifecycle, clear communication is a must in this role.

Skill/Experience Requirements: We are looking for a resource who has been involved in 3 - 5 complete project lifecycles and has acted as a lead or in a management role within at least 2 of those projects. It is very important that this resource is still in touch with the details of both ABAP and BW because the demands of our organization will cause them to wear numerous hats as they provide leadership in the development area.
