Programmer Analyst-SAP ABAP to join our IS Development.
Position Summary:
Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining applications/systems with an emphasis on enterprise application integration and SAP ABAP Development.
General Tasks:
-Participates in IS development projects supporting the implementation and maintenance of systems/applications.
-Works with project managers and analysts to define scope and impact of Enterprise projects to ensure the alignment of IS with the goals of the business.
-Maintains current knowledge of issues affecting Information Systems and the Healthcare industry.
-Monitors industry trends and identifies emerging techs.
-Assists in evaluating and selecting development tools and platforms for the department.
-Provides on-call support as needed.
-Provides counsel on Information Systems topics to departmental management of area supported.

-Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with others to achieve results.
-Logic and reasoning abilities, and capacity to deal with multiple projects and strategies simultaneously.
-Proven tech skills with ability to work with all levels.
-Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Experience/Skills
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Info Systems or related experience.
-5+ years computer programming experience, including cross-platform interface development and EDI. In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO, Payroll and HR desired.
-Healthcare industry experience preferred.
