Position: SAP FI/CO and Fixed Assets Functional LeadDivision: Information Services GroupResponsibilities:Gathering business requirements and defining detailed specs.Understand master data and current processes.General Ledger design & configuration. Project planning and management.Identifying areas in the company that impact the reliability of Financial Statements and ensuring they are properly documented according to Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.Performing assessments of current state and gap analysis including survey and/or interview activity for recommendation to management.Process documentation (narrative and flowchart).Identifying risks or opportunities to strengthen internal controls for recommendation to management.Implementing change through formal change management.Developing a process for monitoring and reporting compliance.Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Requirements:Knowledge of cash management principles and/or procedures.Knowledge of accounting concepts and principles.Knowledge of budgeting and fiscal management principles and procedures.Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and/or projections.Knowledge of accounts payable procedures and practices.Full understanding of the integration of FI.Familiar with Accounting skills and month-end close processing.Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. Skills in workflow analysis and management. Skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities.Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and negotiating skills.Strategic business planning and business management skills.Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures.Knowledge of computerized information systems used in financial and/or accounting applications.Expertise in PC tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work as a team player.Strong problem-solving skills.
