Description
Our fast paced client currently has an opening for a SAP - MM/PP/APO Configuration/Analyst. We are seeking a professional with a solid background in the SAP (R/3) environment.

Primarily responsible for designing solutions to business challenges in the product and functional area of the MM/PP/APO modules in SAP R/3. Works closely with the business community to perform functional analysis for designing solutions, evaluating options that include but are not limited to: new program development, configuration of existing systems, business process redesign, new package/system evaluation or a combination of these options. Understands enough about each option to evaluate multiple options and recommend the best course of action based on requirements coverage and effort required. Demonstrates functional product knowledge within area of responsibility. Serves as an IS point person for addressing issues and enhancements related to the specific product and functional area.

Responsibilities of the position include:
Able communication with end-users and team members
Gather Functional/Business requirements from users & sponsors
Author & Communicate business process design (BPD), business systems design (BSD) and system test plans
Schedule & perform BSD walk-through with development team
Support the development team members during detailed design & coding phase
String & system test execution Production support
4 years SAP systems exp. required MM/PP areas of SAP R/3
1 year of APO experience
Previous development experience a plus
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to organize & balance multiple projects/priorities
College Degree requireddf-tc
